The breakfast with good included wifi too. A nice size and well-equipped room with comfortable beds, climate control and a kettle. Friendly professional and genuinely helpful staff, strategic location just off Nelly Bay Ferry terminal, Sunbus bus stop to Horshoe Bay and Picnic Bay, Nelly Bay IGA supermarket, post office, restaurants and cafes, and the restaurant for coffees.

Superior place to stay with free wi-fi and views of the harbor. Comfy room, luxurious bathroom. Superfriendly and extremely accommodating hotel employees all round. Marvellous and lovely setting, close to cafés and eateries. Positioned in the busy area.

Gorgeous hotel with free wi-fi, the location was incredible on the harbor. Spotless and cheap rooms, pleasant view over the marina. Lots of supplies in the room: a lounge and a kettle. Excellent service, parking on site. Everything wonderful. Location very close to ferry terminal and the shops in Nelly Bay, which is the shabbiest of the villages on the island as well as ferry Townsville.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, polite staff. Stunning location to other beaches with views of the marina and Townsville's Cape Cleveland. Again, walking distance to Nelly Bay to Arcadia Trail.

It was a fabulous experience. I had amazingly comfortable beautiful room with free wireless internet, a lounge, and a kettle.

The hotel had a central location close to Belly bay. And it was also near to the ferry terminal, restaurants and sailing departures and waterfront and bush.

The hotel was in a fantastic location close to the main supermarket on the island and the shared areas. The breakfast was wonderful and tasty with toast and great view and good included wifi too, perfect to start our day. The staff was pleasant - we would love to stay here again.

location: the hotel was close enough to sunbus bus stop to horshoe bay, and hiking, yoga and animal sightseeing. really enjoyed complimentary wifi and air conditioning in the room. the services were helpful, offered us good high speed internet access.

The location easy to take the local bus around the island was stunning and brilliant for us. We went out for dinner, found Thai Again, it was not too far away from the hotel. Booked a room with particularly good views of the Marina and mountains.
